If you are curious about Skolelinux, but do not wish to, or are enabled to install the system on a computer you can try out «SkoleKnoppix». «SkoleKnoppix» is a CD with a complete Linux operating system installed. It enables you to run Linux directly from the CD without having to install anything on your computer.

Buy ready or do it your self?

Experience shows that it takes some time with your "toolbox" when you are to make old computers ready to run. Time is money and the time you spend creating a solution on your own might not add up to the costs of buying old refurbished computers or letting someone do the setup for you.
